The works of the city college teacher Zhao Fayao and teacher Zhang Baiwen participated in the sixth session Chinese Strait general painting and calligraphy exhibition

On December 6th 2015, “2015 China Strait general forum” and “the sixth session China Strait general painting and calligraphy exhibition” was opening in Xiamen museum. The theme of the conference is "remember the history, cherish the memory of the martyrs, cherish the peace and create the future". Nearly a hundred generals both sides of the Taiwan Strait to attend the event.

The event was hosted by Chinese strait painting and calligraphy exhibition organizing committee, Chinese general painting and calligraphy exchange association, Chinese Huangpu four seas one heart society.

The opening ceremony was hosted jointly by general secretary of the Continental Organizing Committee Huang Renfu and vice admiral of the Taiwan area Ning Youwu. The CPC Xiamen Municipal Committee, Xiamen municipal Party Committee Organization Department Minister Chen Qiuxiong, Ma Zhaonan, deputy director of the Fujian Provincial Committee of CPPCC proposals, Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, former deputy director general Wang Zaixi, continental general Liu Lunxian, Huang, Taiwan area admiral Huang Xingqiang, and Chinese famous bangshu calligrapher Zhao Changlin have delivered speech respectively.

The common historical memory embodies the will of compatriots on both sides to realize the great rejuvenation. Two sides of old generals writing together, to commemorate the China people's Anti Japanese War and the world anti fascist war 70th anniversary, to promote the development of cross-strait peace and promote cultural exchanges between the two sides.
